Dependencies

Context leaders often must coordinate with other context leaders to deliver value effectively to their customers (internal or external). As specific change initiatives emerge, they can be scrubbed to better understand where there might be needs that fall outside the context's scope of responsibilities, capabilities, or mission. Context leaders identify these dependencies in a consistent way, and work with parent contexts to align these coordination needs with roadmaps and plans.

Example Syntax:
"<Context A> will needs some help from <Context B> on <this initiative>, since it requires <these capabilities> and <Context B> currently has no standard way of providing this value needed to <Context A>."
