Desired Outcomes
As context leaders frame the sub-goals of the next quarter for their sponsored teams, they define success for each sub-goal in terms of measurable, desired outcomes that should be achieved within 3 months or so. These might describe improved measures of customer job performance (for a change initiative that seeks to change customer behaviors), or they might describe specific improvements in internal KPIs (for operational change initiatives) perhaps as a pilot. Desired outcomes can be used to frame an experiment, when the change initiative is supported with a hypothesis.
Example Syntax:
"In the next quarter, <Context A> seeks to achieve <these desired outcomes> for <these sub-goals>."
