Insights

Context leaders evaluate outcomes from teams to assess whether they match up the desired outcomes. They compare the results against their expectations (i.e. hypotheses) and form insights. Was a hypothesis validated? Did we learn something new? Did we get unlucky? Did our actions drive this result, or something outside our control? With these opinions, the leadership can start to shape insights that, in turn, may challenge existing assumptions and beliefs.

Example Syntax:
“Our < belief | assumption | hypothesis > that the customer would gain <value> when we produced <output> was shown to be <true/false/inconclusive>, because the <outcome> was <observation>.”
