Learnings
When context leaders share insights across contexts, they can accelerate organizational learning. While contexts are built to support unique missions, they will share common aspects, such that learning gained in one context will often be meaningful in other contexts, too. Organizations can change the business and compete more effectively by supporting the sharing of insights to drive an organizational learning capability.
Example Syntax:
"<Context A> gathered <this insight> which might have universal application in <these other contexts> under <these conditions>."
