Outcomes

Context leaders assess the outputs from the teams to evaluate whether the impact of the outputs, the actual outcomes, matched the desired outcomes. This assessment is a joint dialog between team leaders and context leaders. When the outcomes are related to a hypothesis (i.e. the result of a bet) then the assessment starts to validate or invalidate the hypothesis.

"<Team A> produced <this output>, whose impact yielded <this outcome>, which <matched/did-not-match> <this desired outcome>."
