Parent Goals
All contexts have goals. Most goals originating in a context should align with the goals of its parent context. This alignment should be a focus of conversation (e.g. in one-on-ones) between the leaders of contexts in a parent-child relationship.
Example Syntax:
"These <Goals> from <Child context A> support <Parent Goals> from <Parent context B>, while these other <Goals> from <Child context A> support <these beliefs>."
