Plans
In this taxonomy, we will use the term "plan" to highlight the team-level plans (that are owned by the teams) that detail how the team will pursue the sub-goals and desired outcomes in the next quarter. Plans, with this definition, are never owned by a context. Contexts sponsor and fund teams, and the teams create the plans. Context leadership reviews the transparent plans, and monitors the execution of the plans, to assess risks to the context-owned goals and the sub-goals they share with the teams.
Example Syntax:
"For <this team>, these <time-boxes> over <this time interval> contain <these work items>, each with accountable owners, and can be mapped to <the target dates for the desired outcomes for the context>."
