Questions

Context leaders navigate uncertainty to make strategic decisions. Exploring uncertainty begins with a set of questions (framed by prompts) that gauges the size of the "cone of uncertainty" that they are facing. Collect questions for each scenario to drive learning, shared understanding, and possibly experimentation. Create a culture where saying "I don't know" is encouraged and rewarded, to build the landscape of exploration.
