Rituals

Contexts make decisions that enable the execution of the enterprise strategy. To keep these decisions aligned with decisions made in other contexts, and the execution of the downstream teams, context leadership participates in - and sometimes sponsors - rituals or ceremonies to enable this synchronization. Rituals can be used to ensure alignment of roadmaps, alignment of goals, and support a shared understanding of insights and learnings. [Note: we use the term in this taxonomy to describe rituals that focus on the results of decisions (i.e. roadmap reviews), not the rituals supporting the decision making practice itself.]

Example Syntax:
"<Context A> hosts and facilitates <this ceremony> for <this synchronization purpose>, and participates in <these ceremonies> with leaders from <these contexts>, which helps it achieve <this synchronization purpose>."
