Scenarios
Context leaders explore different possible futures as distinct scenarios. This outside-in exercise imagines different factors playing out differently over time, and how these differences influence their choice of an ideal, preferred future (captured as a vision). Scenario planning is one example of this, used in high-level contexts, but variations of this exploration of the future are important in any context.
Example Syntax:
"<Scenario name> describes a future where <these conditions> and <these events> combine to create <these circumstances>, where <our customer> and <our ability to deliver value> would be <this>."
