Teams
Teams are groups of 5-10 people that share common goals, common backlogs of work, and common ways of working. They collectively share responsibility for defining and executing changes to the assets they modify, and the collectively adopt, adapt, and improve the practices they use to do the work. Teams are empowered to set their own ways of working within the team, translate goals and desired outcomes into work items (e.g. proposed changes to assets), and build their own plans.
Example Syntax:
"Team A consists of <these people> and is led by <this team lead>. They have the skills to modify <these assets> and to deliver and improve <these business capabilities>."
