Value Needed
Contexts build missions to deliver value to customers (internal or external). When those customers are internal, then one context is delivering value to another peer context. A context that has defined a workflow might identify some Value Needed, for a specific step, that can be delivered by another peer context in the organization, as a service. Many shared service organizations can be modeled into contexts in this way. To support this identification of peer-to-peer context relationships, identify points in the workflow where interactions with other parts of the organization (when modeled as independent contexts) is necessary.
Example Syntax:
"<Context A> needs value from <Context B> in <step #> of their workflow."
