Work

Work is the visible description of proposed changes to specific assets, defined by teams, that can be executed to achieve goals. Work items support communication between teams and context leaders making strategic decisions. While team structure outlines the path to spending a budget (people over time), work structure outlines the path to creating value (work for people).
